HEALY™ Low Permeation Conventional Hose Assembly is designed for use in refueling applications requiring reduced permeation rates of 10 g/m^2/day to improve air quality and emissions. This premium hose provides long-lasting service with multi-fuel compatibility.
- Nickel plated steel fittings coated with an additional chrome flash finish that provides an extra level of protection to help prevent rust and accelerated wear.
- Fittings feature a longer thread with a more exacting taper that ensures a liquid-tight connection that will not bottom out before tightening fully.
- Male end fittings available as non-swivel or with swivel on one end.
- Available in 3/4" diameter along with a variety of curb and whip hose lengths.
- Tube: Nitrile synthetic rubber with fluorothermoplastic barrier layer
- Cover: Synthetic rubber
- Reinforcement: Hardwall wire braided
- Fittings: Machined nickel-plated carbon steel with chrome finish
- Permeation: Meets UL330 permeation limit of 10g/m^2/day
- For use with gasoline, diesel, Ethanol blends (up to E10) and biodiesel blends (up to B5).
